What is your pricing?
We can definitely understand wanting to know the pricing information without having to ask. Our rates and packages aren't listed for public viewing on our site for a variety of reasons. First, rates vary by location and is determined by the package you choose. Locations outside of our 20-mile radius from Cerritos, Ca require travel and is not reflected on our packages; Destination Weddings are different as well. We can also taylor any of our packages, to fit our clients needs. If you'd like to view our Wedding Packages or would like to know pricing info, please contact us and fill out our Contact form here and we will get them to you in a timely manner.
what form of payment do you accept?
We prefer cash or check. In special circumstances, we may accept PayPal / Venmo.

do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a deposit in order to secure your date with us. If you're booking a Wedding with us, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500. The balance will then be due one week prior to your Event.
do you provide video services / videography?
We are a Photography business and currently do not offer Video services. If you are looking for a talented videographer for your wedding or event, we are more than happy to refer you to Professionals which we've also worked with in the past.
do you deliver every image you shoot?
No, we do not give every single picture we shoot. We eliminate duplicate shots, test shots, unfocused shots, and any other images that may decrease the quality of our final product to be delivered to our clients.
do you have a studio i can go to?
At this time, we do not have a studio where we can take pictures at. All our shoots are taken on-location of choice. We are more than happy to suggest a place depending on what feel you are trying to go for i.e.. beach, nature, park, etc. By doing on-location shoots, we feel that we can make the session more personable and customizable to our client. Often times, we go to places that are significant to each of our clients. It adds that special touch!
How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
Book now! lol Seriously though, our calendar tends to fill up fast. So even if your wedding is a year or two, (or even three years) away, contact us! We rather we discuss the information now, to set up an engagement shoot, and for your Wedding date to be secured in our calendar!
Do you double book events in one day?
No, we do not double book events. We like to have one event for the whole day, so that we can focus on your event only. This is why you should book now rather than later just in case your date of choice has already been booked.
How long will it take to see my photos?
The turn-around time for Engagement and Portrait photos takes 1-2 weeks; your photos will be available for online viewing (a link will be sent out to your email). For Weddings, the turn-around time is normally 4-6 weeks. Photos will be given on a customized USB!

Great! The next step would be to email us at jpapaphoto@gmail.com. Please let us know your date of interest, so that we may check our calendar for availability. We will be in contact with you to set up a date and time to meet to discuss your package of choice and to fill out a contract in order to secure your date.
